Correction Policy

Correction Policy for Sushiljobs

At Sushiljobs (referred to as “Sushiljobs” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and accountability. Our Correction Policy outlines the steps we take to address and rectify any errors found in our published content.

Purpose and Premise

Sushiljobs strives to provide accurate and comprehensive news reports based on the information available at the time of publication. We are committed to promptly addressing and correcting errors in our content as soon as they are identified. We update our articles and provide corrections through our social media channels or editor’s notes, as well as issue apologies for significant misinformation.

Updating a Report

When a significant mistake is corrected or an article is updated, we include a correction, clarification, or editor’s note to inform readers. Corrections are marked at the top of the article with “[Correction: updated Info…]” and details of the correction. Readers can suggest corrections via the ‘Suggest A Correction’ section at the end of each article or by emailing us at sushiljob0@gmail.com.

Corrections

Substantive corrections to articles, photos, captions, headlines, graphics, videos, or other materials are promptly published, explaining the need for the change.

Clarifications

When the facts are correct but the explanation is unclear or lacking detail, we revise the language for clarity. Clarifications are also added if initial reporting missed comments or responses that have since been included.

Editor’s Notes

For corrections that impact the overall substance of an article or raise significant ethical issues, an editor’s note may be added, explaining the issue in detail. A senior editor approves such notes.

Other Corrections Policies

Errors identified by readers in comments will be acknowledged by our community engagement team. Incorrect information on social media will be corrected on the respective platform, and retracted if unalterable.

We do not assign blame to individual reporters or editors in public corrections.

Reporting Inaccuracies

If you believe a story is inaccurate, please use the ‘Suggest A Correction’ section at the end of the article or email us at sushiljob0@gmail.com.

Take-Down Requests

We generally do not entertain take-down requests. If a story is found to be inaccurate, we will investigate and, if necessary, issue a correction. We may update or follow up on previous coverage but do not remove articles as if they were never published.

For publicly available personal data, we review take-down requests only if there is a threat of physical harm due to the material’s existence.
