What is AIBE?
All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a certification examination conducted twice a year by the Bar Council of India (BCI). It is a mandatory examination for law graduates who wish to practice law in India. This examination is conducted by the Bar Council of India, the regulatory body for lawyers in India.
Those who pass the AIBE examination are also awarded a Certificate of Practice (COP). AIBE is a three-hour objective type examination consisting of 100 questions and candidates need to score at least 40% marks to pass AIBE.

Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen before applying for the exam.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Law (3-year LLB and 5-year LLB) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.

AIBE XVIII (18) Exam Pattern 2023-24
AIBE XVIII (18) exam is a multiple choice exam which will consist of 100 objective type questions in offline based AIBE exam. The exam will be conducted on November 26, 2023 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The exam will have 100 questions, each question will carry 1 mark. A total of 100 marks are prescribed for the examination.

AIBE 18 Admit Card 2023
BCI is expected to release AIBE 18 Admit Card 2023 in online mode between November 18-22, 2023. Candidates who had applied for AIBE 18 Exam can able to download AIBE XVIII Admit Card from the official website. AIBE 18 Admit Card is a mandatory document that every candidate is required to carry on the day of the examination.
AIBE 18 admit card contains important information like candidate’s name, roll number, photo, exam date, timing, exam center details etc. Meanwhile, candidates will have to appear for the AIBE examination as per the details mentioned in the admit card.

AIBE 18 Cutoff 2023
The cutoff of AIBE 18 has been revised, where the AIBE 18 cutoff for General and OBC category candidates has been increased from 40% to 45%. The cutoff for AIBE 18 2023 has been increased from 35% to 40% for SC/ST candidates.
