• Women who are already receiving Rs 1250 or more per month in any government scheme are not eligible for this.
• Any woman or her family member who is currently or in the past a Member of Parliament or any Legislative Assembly Member cannot apply for it.
• Any woman or any traditional member who is a Chairman, Director or Member of any Board, Corporation or Undertaking selected or nominated by the Government of India or State Government cannot apply.
• Any woman or any member of a traditional family who is an elected birth representative in local bodies cannot apply.
• Any woman or her family member who has more than 5 acres of agricultural land including schools is not eligible for this.
• People who themselves or whose family members own a four wheeler vehicle (except tractor) cannot apply for this.
